Full Job Description Reports To:
HR/ Payroll Process Lead or HRIS / Payroll Project Manager We are seeking a highly skilled HR / Payroll Business Analyst to support an Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management and Payroll ERP implementation across multiple business units. This consulting role will be responsible for documenting current state processes and data and then identifying future state requirements to support the functional areas. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR / Payroll systems implementations, ideally with experience in the Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, Payroll and Time & Labor applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Works with the customer users to understand current state processes and data Reviews current processes to identify the business processes that are required to support the functional area Identifies process improvements Works with the Oracle Fusion functional lead to assist in the Human Capital Management, Payroll and Time & Labor configurations Identifies change management issues Creates functional Human Capital Management, Payroll and Time & Labor designs with Oracle functional lead Functional testing with the Oracle functional lead Unit testing support Data migration support Cut over support Go live support
Key Deliverables:
Comprehensive current state process maps Identification of pain points Identification of process inefficiencies Functional requirements Data mapping Identification of integration requirements Identification of system dependencies and data flows Identification of data issues Review of data after cleansing
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in enterprise-level ERP implementations, specifically within Human Capital Management, Payroll and Time & Labor environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information Experience working in a multi-business unit company and navigating complex stakeholder environments Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
