un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ HR Specialist (atlanta: city of atlanta) Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC  compensation: Up to $23 per hour employment type: job title: HR Specialist Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for a contract-to-hire position located in Midtown Atlanta. This role specializes in HR coordination and recruitment support. The position involves full lifecycle recruiting, benefits processing, Paycom audits, and onboarding responsibilities. This is an in-office 5 days a week opportunity.

Daily Duties:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
  • Conduct 30, 60, and 90-day employee check-ins and provide feedback to leadership
  • Perform data audits in Paycom to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Process benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations; respond to employee benefits inquiries
  • Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure completion of onboarding documentation
  • Monitor multi-state (excluding California) minimum wage compliance and advise management on updates
  • Track recruitment and turnover metrics and generate reports for internal use
  • Support the HR Manager in all aspects of the HR lifecycle and departmental processes
Job Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources, including recruiting and HRIS systems
  • Prior experience with Paycom
  • Strong understanding of the full HR lifecycle (recruiting through compliance)
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing onboarding and benefit administration preferred
  • Familiarity with multi-state minimum wage compliance (excluding California)
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience strongly preferred
