Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a HR Systems Analyst for their Atlanta, GA/Charlotte, NC/Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and how IT systems can support them. Document these requirements, ensuring they are clear and comprehensive.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, outlining the features, functionality, and design of new or modified systems. If required must create diagrams, flowcharts, and data models to help developers understand the system.
Work closely with developers, project managers, and other IT stakeholders to ensure systems are built and implemented effectively. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring everyone understands the project’s progress and goals.
Participate in testing new or modified systems to ensure they function correctly and meet requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tech Project Manager, leading large cross-functional complex initiatives, preferably supporting HR or Banking is preferred. Must be PMP certified.
Technology Initiative experience is required. Past HR or Workday experience is desirable.
Candidate must have strong communication skills.
Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to manage large initiatives.
Experience with end-to-end SW delivery life cycle is critical. Ability to collaborate with technology partners and business stakeholders to provide oversight, drive timelines, manage risks, and prioritize deliverables aligned to business outcomes.
Demonstrated Risk Management skills and experience.
Proficiency with M/S Project and Microsoft toolset (M365).
Actively identify, manage, and remove impediments affecting progress to team productivity.
Experience using Rally Agile tool
