Human Resources Generalist Atlanta, GA Job Summary:

The HumanResources Generalist is responsible for performing a wide range ofHR functions to support the organization’s workforce and strategicgoals. This role covers key areas such as recruitment, employeerelations, benefits administration, compliance, training, and HRpolicy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer day-to-dayhuman resources operations, including employee onboarding,offboarding, and personnel record management. Support and guideemployees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and bestpractices. Manage recruitment activities, including job postings,screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Assist with benefitsadministration, including open enrollment, employee questions, andliaising with providers. Support employee relations efforts,including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinaryactions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and localemployment laws and regulations. Maintain HRIS systems and generatereports on HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, andperformance. Coordinate training and development programs,including tracking employee participation and feedback. Participatein the development and implementation of HR strategies, programs,and policies. Maintain employee confidentiality and handlesensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration, or related field. 2-4 years of HR experience,preferably in a generalist capacity. Solid understanding of laborlaws and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS systems (e.g.,ADP, Workday, BambooHR). Excellent verbal and written communicationskills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonalskills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintainattention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

HR certification (e.g.,SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience in [industry-specificexperience, if applicable, e.g., healthcare, manufacturing].Conflict resolution and performance management skills. Knowledge ofdiversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices.
