Leadership Analytics Full Job Description Position Purpose:

As the Manager of Talent Insights, you will lead a team responsible for helping The Home Depot anticipate talent market opportunities, optimally engage talent, and efficiently go to market for confidential executive and critical hourly talent initiatives enterprise wide. You will be a trusted advisor to partners and stakeholders in Talent Acquisition and across broader HR centers of excellence, leveraging technology, tools and AI to deliver insights and analytics which influence talent strategy and deliver recruiter and sourcer enablement through deep market research, analysis, competitive intelligence, and external talent mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

30% Process identification, scoping and management of the internal/external applicant group. Partner with Sr. Manager and relevant business leaders to identify business needs. Provide strategic partnership through the business units as warranted to create a seamless process flow. 20% Serve as a key liaison and build trusted relationships with business partners. Solicit feedback and take action to make enhancements to meet the need of the business groups 20% Establish best practices and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness. Develop best in class methodologies to extract actionable insights from new data streams. Leverage available database and other information systems to identify, integrate and analyze data. 20% Conduct a thorough analysis of available data to understand customer’s needs, help problem solve and contribute data to improve speed to hire. Participate in functional requirements discussion with subject matter experts 10% Assist with HR projects and tasks as needed and play a role in the execution of change management plans

This position reports to Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition. This position has 0 direct reports.

Travel Requirements:

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience managing a team of researchers or analysts providing insights and analytics to enterprise level stakeholders and cross functional business partners Previous research experience within an executive search firm Technical expertise of building workflows and analytics capabilities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environments Technically savvy with a thorough understanding of research and sourcing methods, including modern AI tools (eg: Microsoft Copilot) technology functionality and capabilities Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail High business acumen with ability to interpret enterprise business strategies Strong presentation and project management experience

Minimum Education:

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a associate’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
