With offices in Mansfield, Perry, Brunswick, and a new Roswell location opening July 1st , we’re a tight-knit team that values hustle, humility, and a solutions-first mindset — and we’re growing fast. We’re seeking a sharp, tech-savvy, and highly organized Office & HR Coordinator to support daily operations out of our Roswell office and assist teams across all GWES locations. This hybrid role involves a wide variety of tasks — from HR and payroll to recruiting, marketing support, and administrative coordination — and includes occasional travel to other offices and participation in career fairs or conferences. Key Responsibilities Include:

Administrative Support Coordinate meetings, travel, calendars, and internal communications Manage digital files, templates, and documentation across departments Support general office operations in Roswell and assist other offices as needed Human Resources & Payroll Coordinate biweekly payroll and maintain accurate employee timekeeping Manage onboarding and offboarding, including checklists and paperwork Track PTO, benefits, and employee records Assist with handbook updates, compliance tracking, and HR communications Recruiting & Career Development Post jobs, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications Prepare welcome materials and support new hire onboarding Track employee training, goal-setting, and career development milestones Marketing & Branding Help create and schedule LinkedIn posts and internal communications Assist with proposal formatting and marketing material coordination Update internal templates and coordinate minor website edits Support light graphic design or layout tasks using Canva or Adobe tools Project Support Provide administrative assistance to project managers Help track deliverables, compile reports, and maintain internal deadlines Technology & Tools Use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office Suite to manage day-to-day operations Support automation and workflow improvements using AI tools like ChatGPT Coordinate with vendors and assist with system or template upgrades

Additional Responsibilities:

Work primarily from our new Roswell office (opening July 1st) Travel to other GWES offices when needed Represent GWES at university career fairs and industry events Serve as a key contributor to team culture and internal communication

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of experience in HR, payroll, admin, or office operations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, timekeeping platforms, and digital organization tools

Bonus Points For:

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or proposal formatting Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI-based task automation Experience supporting professional services or engineering firms

Compensation & Benefits:
