As a result of our ongoing growth, we are adding a Payroll & HRIS Technology Specialist to the team. The resource we are seeking will handle payroll administration, state tax registrations, and other payroll related tasks needed for our clients.
How you’ll make an impact

Responsibilities Include:

Identify and recommend process improvements such as training, customization, automation, and enhancements to maximize the value and efficiency of our client’s payroll/HRIS platform.
Build and maintain client relationships in a customer-centric environment.
Successfully manage several projects and/or clients simultaneously in a highly organized manner.
Create and document standard payroll processing procedures.
Work in a virtual team environment or autonomously completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
Provide payroll compliance assistance and guidance, as well as communicate best practices.
Prioritizes meeting client deliverables and deadlines.
About You

Experience Required:

Experience with any major payroll/HRIS platform (e.g. ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, UKG, or Workday.)
Experience with other payroll/HRIS platforms is a plus.
End to end payroll processing.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a payroll specialist or payroll administrator type role.
Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, Pivot Tables, and the use of VLOOKUP.
Attention to detail, comfort with numbers, problem-solving ability, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential setting.
Experience with payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reconciliations with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identification.

Salary:

Base salary $34.56-$49.64 an hour.
