work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities Timekeeping & Payroll Support Review and correct missed punches and monitor daily break/lunch reports. Set up team member groups in the HRIS system and support app usage. Assist with payroll processing and employee registration in the HRIS system. Recruitment & Onboarding Run background checks and communicate results to hiring managers. Prepare new hire packets and conduct orientation and property tours. Ensure compliance with E-Verify and maintain complete personnel files. Coordinate training sessions and assist at job fairs. Employee Engagement & Team Building Participate in morale committee meetings and coordinate employee events. Assist with luncheons, appreciation events, and recognition programs. Support activities for intern and trainee programs, including employee housing coordination. HR Administration Maintain and organize employee records and HRIS data. Assist with benefits coordination and open enrollment processes. Track HR metrics such as headcount and turnover. Support the General Manager and HR Director with HR projects and reports.
