Department Information Human Resources Job Summary This position manages components of the colleges HRIS personal and data/payroll function. Human resource functions including job data, benefits administration, manage faculty events and ensure compliance with all employment law and Board of Regents policy. This position is designated as Campus Security Authority (CSA). Responsibilities 1
- Oversees campus payroll preparation and processing in a consolidated database including working with Shared Services to meet payroll deadlines. 2
- Maintains payroll policies and procedures, system review and system upgrades related to payroll. 3
- Manages Manage Faculty Events to include job data, performance ratings, contracts and other reporting as needed 4
- Works with other HR Managers regarding benefits programs including leave administration and retirement counseling. 5
- Participates in planning, executing and managing HR projects and initiatives 6
- Manages a variety of
HRIS/HCM
functions and provides reporting and data management by tracking and analyzing key metrics to enhance and support HR service delivery. 7
- Assists with performance evaluation processes as directed. 8
- Prepares, disseminates and/or delivers a variety of reports, communications, workshops, information sessions and/or training. 9
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Baccalaureate degree in a course of study related to the occupational field. Required Experience More than three years of related experience OR an equivalent combination and experience will be considered.
