We are looking for a creative andinnovative HR Generalist who can easily shift from performingoperational tasks to delivering value added services in alignmentto business objectives. On a daily basis, this role will providehands-on generalist support to the local site while simultaneouslyplaying a critical role in the roll-out of new programs andinitiatives. How You’ll Make an
Impact:
Provide consultativesupport and partnership to site management to address operationaland talent issues and proactively translate business needs intocreative HR solutions Perform associate relations activitiesincluding counseling on conflict resolution, performance issues,disciplinary action, assessment, and processing of terminationrequests. Conduct investigations with clear documentation andfollow-through. Respond and/or assist with EEOC / legal claimsAdvise, coach and guide management to improve work relationshipsand offer solutions which result in improved effectiveness andengagement of their teams and team members Evaluate and improvecurrent HR processes to ensure maximum service delivery andimproved operational effectiveness Facilitate the deployment,delivery and change management of existing and new HR programs,processes, and policies to ensure business understanding andadoption Acute ability to identify and analyze trends and formulatedata-driven recommendations resulting in measurable value andmaximum operational effectiveness Assess training and developmentneeds. Partner with broader HR team on evaluation, execution, andfeedback systems Answer questions and provide support to clientgroup on all HR related issues including but not limited toPTO/sick pay, interpretation of company policies and legalcompliance Resolve associate concerns in a timely manner and in away that builds trust and credibility Recommend creative ways toimprove the associate experience and enhance our high-performance,results oriented culture What You Need to be Successful in the
Role:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, BusinessAdministration or related field 3 or more years of progressive HRgeneralist experience, ideally within a high-volume, fast-paced anddynamic organization PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus Goodcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintainconfidentiality and develop effective working relationships withemployees at all levels Results-oriented with proven planning andorganizational skills, attention to detail and follow-throughStrong working knowledge of relevant employment laws and policiesExperience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems Flexiblewhile recognizing when there is a need for structure Passionateabout business partnering, people development, process optimizationand employee engagement Excited at the opportunity to build out newHR programs and initiatives!
