Division/Department/Program:

Human Resources Human Resources Generalist 3 (Healthcare Recruiter) is responsible for recruiting, screening, and placing qualified staff and healthcare professionals in various positions within our organization. This role focuses on placing qualified staff andhealthcare professionals in various positions within the healthcare organizations. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers, while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards Under broad supervision, the individual may serve as a lead in human resources functions, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and personnel/payroll transactions. May instruct the work of transactions technicians and administrative staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. Identifying potential candidates through various channels like online job boards, social media, and professional networks. Reviewing resumes and applications to screen for qualified candidates. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. Working with candidates, hiring managers, and HR director to negotiate salary and benefits packages. Promote awareness of View Point Health within the community and surrounding areas, to build pipelines for recruitment. Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each open position Coordinating the hiring process, which may include scheduling interviews, managing paperwork, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards Using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the recruiting process, track candidates, and generate reports. Utilize job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings Conduct reference checks and background verifications Analyzing data on hiring metrics to inform recruiting strategies and identify areas for improvement. Develop, facilitate, and attend job fairs to promote and attract qualified talent to View Point Health. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, screening resumes, and performing initial group and individual interviews. Coordinates interviews with managers and supervisors. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks. Combines ability to communication and trust with people at all levels with energetic partnering skills. Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management As part of the HR team, provides multiple human resources services in support of an organization. May be asked to cross train and assist in daily transactions, recruitment, benefits, training, and other human resource functions. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of professional human resource experience; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level HR Generalist 2 (HRP011) or position equivalent.

An equivalent combination of knowledge, education, job or intern experience, training, or certifications that provides the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted year-over-year.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field. Experience with HRIS PeopleSoft, Taleo, and UKG. Strong communications, interpersonal, and analytical skills solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Requirements/Competencies:

Position may require some local travel, must have own transportation. Must have valid Georgia driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy. Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting) Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and subject to random drug screens.
