As an Organizational Development Manager, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to making possibilities happen in the payments industry. This position can be remote but must live and work in the US in Eastern and Central Time Zone only.
Develop and implement learning strategies in support of business and HR strategies (integrated talent management, leadership competencies, value and culture shift) to build organizational capabilities (build strategy, models, implementation)
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Drive the design, implementation, education and evaluation of multi-year programs and processes in support of defined talent strategies with business leaders and HR business partners.
LEAD CHANGE MANAGEMENT INTIATIVES
Drive integration of HR Strategy, ACI culture and values into processes and programs
PROCESS AND TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION
Collaborate with business leaders and HR business partners to design and implement processes and technologies in support of defined talent strategies
L&D CONSULTATION
Provide tailored L&D consultation to internal customers to identify and implement effective learning strategies.
TALENT MANAGEMENT CONSULTATION
Partner with, and provide consultative talent management insights and support to identified business areas / teams, enabling business outcomes through talent programs and processes
Manage (plan/execute/evaluate/improve) learning programs including Onboarding, Career Development, Learning & Development Programs Program Management of Leadership Development Framework, integrating into Talent Review, Succession Mgmt. Capability Development and Learning Support) Plan and implement new initiatives, programs and processes in support of strategies, utilizing contemporary best practices and technologies Develop learning and development strategies, focusing on learning and skill development, organizational capabilities and career development Manage learning technologies and content to provide robust learning experience (Oracle Learning Cloud, LinkedIn Learning, Articulate, SharePoint, etc.) and to provide insightful learning information Enable deployment, reporting and follow-up processes for required learning programs (compliance, regulatory, audits, etc.) Partner with identified business areas / teams to understand business strategy and talent implications
SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES
Collaborate with HR colleagues, business leaders and teams (especially internal communications and IT) Promote and communicate learning opportunities across a variety of media Coordinate and facilitate learning events Curate content and develop tailored learning solutions Partner with and coordinate closely with internal communications team Research and procure services from external vendors. Manage vendor relationships Collect and analyze data and information to assess activity and impact of program Assess needs through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. Collaboratively identify and implement talent programs and processes to address business challenges and opportunities Influence stakeholders and negotiate for optimal solutions. Evaluate impact of solutions and initiatives using data and reports
Strong process and project management skills. Internal partnering skills, especially understanding business needs, influencing leaders and stakeholders, solution development & impact measurement Interpersonal skills including providing feedback, influencing, negotiation, presentation & facilitation External partnering / vendor management Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple and rapidly changing priorities Tolerance for ambiguity Agility and flexibility – quickly adapt to rapidly changing conditions Problem-solving and decision-making skills Critical / analytical thinking Data analytics and supporting tools HR technology (HCM) and system administration, especially Learning Management System (LMS) experience Learning Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years related experience. Master’s degree preferred (e.g., Adult Learning or Organizational Development) HR or Learning certification preferred (e.g., SHRM, ATD CPLP, etc) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 Standard work environment
Majority of time spent on PC (Phys. Req.) Travel required, may be domestic or international
