Full Job Description What You’ll Do:
Recruitment and Staffing:
o Manage full-cycle recruitment for Branch and Contact Center roles, from job posting and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination. o Conduct post-offer screenings (background checks, drug tests, eligibility verifications) and ensure accurate data entry into the HRIS. o Act as a point of contact for hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring processes and candidate selection. o Serve as backup for the Recruitment Coordinator and assist with recruitment efforts for back-office roles as needed. o Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
HRIS and Data Integrity:
o Maintain and update job descriptions within the HRIS system, ensuring alignment with role expectations, compensation, and compliance. o Partner with HR team members to optimize workflows within the HRIS platform, with a focus on recruiting modules, onboarding processes, and automation. o Conduct regular audits to ensure employee records are accurate, complete, and audit ready.
Operational and Administrative Support:
o Track HR department receipts and handle monthly Visa expenditure form submissions. o Order and maintain department supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement and resource availability. o Provide front-line support to staff by addressing routine HR questions or routing more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member. o Assist with the coordination of HR-related events such as job fairs, new hire orientation, or employee onboarding sessions. o Partner with the Employee Relations Specialist to maintain accurate documentation, support internal processes, and complete department initiatives.
Project & Cross-Functional Support:
o Participate in HR or cross-departmental projects that enhance recruiting outcomes, employee experience, or internal workflows. o Contribute to HR process improvements by offering insight, gathering feedback, and helping implement new tools or procedures. o Support key metrics reporting (e.g., time-to-fill, first-year turnover, onboarding completion) and track progress toward service level goals.

What You Need To Succeed:
Education and Experience Required:
o High School Diploma or equivalent. o 2 years of experience in Human Resources role, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, or HR operations. o Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness are essential.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
o Strong understanding of full cycle recruiting practices, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. o Proficiency in using HRIS and applicant tracking systems; capable of learning and adapting to system changes quickly. o Familiarity with federal and state employment laws and best practices related to hiring and recordkeeping. o Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently. o Professional, clear communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams. Problem-solving mindset with initiative to improve processes and ensure accuracy in daily tasks.
