Minimum Qualification:

High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience performing human resources related functions; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level HR Tech 3 (HRT012) or position equivalent.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience with GDC recruitment and application processing. Intermediate/Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) including creating spreadsheets and tracking data.. Bachelors degree in human resources or related topic. Experience working in state government Ability to manage and supervise multiple tasks at one time. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal) skills.

Position can be filled as a HR Analyst 1 or 2 based upon experience.
