Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
1 year of experience in data analysis, data processing and case resolution
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Preferred qualifications: 3+ years of related experience Experience with HRIS systems, such as SuccessFactors Experience supporting HR data within a medium to large enterprise environment About the Analyst, Workforce Org and Position job:

Opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan What you’ll do on a typical day: Receive and execute reporting relationship changes and position data updates
Maintain SuccessFactors system configuration in specific areas Perform tasks related to the analysis, processing, and execution of HR data while maintaining confidentiality in dealing with employee records and business information
Generate position data reports and analyze data to ensure accuracy related to workflows, incentives, and/or pay data
Consult with business partners to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll replication errors in SuccessFactors
Participate in projects and department initiatives to implement process improvements
Monitor and manage case resolution within performance and processing standards
Participate in system testing and identify system and user-interface issues
Handle complex, confidential inquiries and requests related to employee data management or other HR functional processes
Assume ownership of transferred or escalated requests and ensure accuracy and completeness of resolutions
Ensure resolutions address the customer’s request and provide an excellent customer experience in an efficient and effective manner
Review, analyze and reconcile related data according to established timelines, standards and procedures
Escalate requests to the appropriate resource and ensure that cases are updated and maintained accordingly
Review, update, and maintain HR services documentation for assigned areas to ensure complete, accurate and up-to-date processes
Leverage intermediate to advanced analytical skills to collect, develop, analyze, identify and measure current and new patterns, trends and changing business needs #LI-Hybrid About XPO
