Experience with Workday is a must.
Analyze complex HR Business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
Strong analytical, documentational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Analyze and address complex business challenges, identify opportunities for process improvement .
Testing experience – Experience in creating and executing test cases is a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile Environment. Experience in Rally is plus.
