Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Offboarding:

Coordinate workflows, background checks, and new hire sessions; manage exit interviews and maintain job descriptions.

Benefits Administration:

Support health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans; assist employees; ensure compliance and reporting.

Training & Development:

Help identify tools and resources for employee growth.

Performance Management:

Assist VP – HR in administering quarterly check-ins and annual goal setting via HRIS.

Compliance & Policy:

Ensure legal and policy adherence; assist with updates and development.

Employee Relations & Culture:

Be a go-to resource for employees; promote wellness, safety, and culture initiatives.

HR Projects & Engagement:

Lead recognition programs, surveys (e.g., Great Place to Work), internal communications, and events.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of HR generalist or equivalent experience Proficient with HRIS platforms and digital tools Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Adaptable, proactive, and people-oriented SHRM membership is a plus
