Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Recruiter & Staffing Coordinator to join our growing home health care team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals—home health aides—while ensuring optimal staffing coverage across all service areas. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the unique demands of home health services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical home health positions. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and credential verifications in compliance with state and federal regulations. Coordinate with clinical supervisors and schedulers to ensure adequate staffing coverage for patient care needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring all documentation and training requirements are met. Monitor expiring credentials and licenses, and support compliance with regulatory standards. Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach programs.
