We are looking for a dynamic human resource professional to join our team as a Learning, Performance, and Culture (LPC) Training Facilitator. The Learning, Performance, and Culture Facilitator provides training, services, and tools to assist agencies with attracting, developing, and retaining a productive workforce. Incumbents develop and deliver training to end users, primarily via instructor-led courses and corresponding software tools. Incumbents are expected to build strong relationships with agencies at all levels to foster trust and accountability, ensuring that human resources needs are met in a timely manner with the highest level of customer service. EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field. Job Duties and Other Information Provides instruction in both classroom and virtual training environments for all classified employees. Provides resources to State employees through the statewide Comprehensive Public Training Program for the purpose of talent development; develops courses and tools. Develops and revises instructor-led training materials (including participant manuals, instructor scripts, PowerPoint slides, and other visual aids) using instructional design theory for SCS training offerings that are geared towards state employees. Develops and facilitates custom agency trainings as necessary. Travels throughout the state, with occasional overnight stays, to deliver training to state employees.
