What You Will Do Manage employee logistics and project staffing plans, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
Apply analytical analysis and data-driven decision-making to deploy optimized staffing plans that maximize return on investment and operational efficiency
Coordinate customer site entry requirements, such as safety council orientations, drug screenings, background checks, and customer site access forms, to ensure personnel can access the facility and begin work
Ensure compliance with customer site requirements by completing all necessary site access forms and maintaining documentation
Efficiently plan, organize, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment with continuous change
Accurately enter training records into the KSPS Personnel database
Create and review professional written communication and correspondences to effectively communicate with the transient workforce regarding upcoming turnaround projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to hire, retain and develop highly skilled craftsmen Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience in a staffing or coordination role within the industrial industry, including working with a transient workforce
Experience utilizing ERP systems
Experience with the Microsoft Suite of products, specifically with Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time to attend job fairs and site visits as needed
Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed

Experience with DISA platform and ordering of Drug Testing & Background Checks to determine eligibility of employees against client site requirements
