Full-Time, In-Person, Exempt At EMR USA, we’re looking for an HRIS Administrator to join ourdynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you’ll lead inmanaging, configuring, and enhancing our Human Resource InformationSystem (HRIS). Your expertise will ensure data accuracy, improve HRworkflows, and deliver actionable insights to support strategicdecision-making.

Responsibilities:
System Maintenance & Support:

Assist with the day-to-day administration of the HRIS, ensuringsystem functionality and integrity. Perform routine system updates, including patches and minorconfigurations, as directed by the HRIS Manager. Provide first-level support to users by troubleshooting systemissues and escalating complex problems when necessary. —

DataManagement:

Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and identifydiscrepancies. Generate standard reports to support HR and leadership teams.

Process Support:

Assist in documenting workflows and system processes to ensureclarity and consistency. Support system testing for upgrades and new functionalities bypreparing test scenarios and documenting results.

User Training:

Provide basic training and support for HRIS users, includingcreating and maintaining user guides. Respond to user inquiries regarding system functionality andbest practices.

Compliance & Confidentiality:

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations(e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) by maintaining data security andconfidentiality. Support risk mitigation efforts by following established dataprotection protocols.

Vendor Coordination:

Communicate with HRIS vendors to address basic system issues orquestions. Assist in gathering requirements and feedback for systemimprovements.

Qualifications:

Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce,Workday, ADP). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic understanding of HR processes and data confidentialityrequirements.
