Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Pay Rate:
$18 per hour Employment type: Temporary to hire
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate creation and processing of new hire offer letters and position changes. Manage onboarding procedures including background checks, I-9 verification, application processing, employment verifications, and reference checks. Conduct new hire orientations both in-person and virtually using remote platforms. Track and maintain employee data accurately using Microsoft Excel. Lead and facilitate employee training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and in-person sessions. Respond promptly to employee inquiries through email and phone, demonstrating strong conflict-resolution skills. Oversee and manage employee termination processes. Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-state employee training. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and Director as needed.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in Human Resources or related field (non-entry level) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with HR systems and compliance best practices (UKG or ADP experience preferred) Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Proficient in Microsoft Excel Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ready to elevate your HR career and make a meaningful impact?
