Our model supports the implementation and compliance of this program for private practices. As we expand, we are seeking individuals who have experience with the 340B program. A history in the medical field, very strong detail skills, a problem-solving mentality, and the ability to work independently are a must in this role. The Role:
The following are aspects of this full-time position. Client Relations Work with new clients to manage their onboarding to both our services and access to the 340B program. This includes a high level of interaction with members of the client team. Training of the client staff on best practices for ongoing maximization of the 340B program. Fielding ongoing questions from the client’s team regarding administrative and operational procedures associated with the 340B program. Developing a partnership relationship with the entire client staff to ensure a great long term success for the program. Serve as a point of contact between clients and pharmacy relations. Policy and Procedure Documentation Work with assigned clients to educate and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures on 340B purchasing processes. Support the development of systems and processes to limit program liabilities and provide proper audits to identify risk and prevent duplicate discounts and diversion. Reporting Complete assigned reports that can be used to educate staff and assist management in tracking the overall financial impact to the organization. Build other reports, as appropriate, to monitor and improve 340B Program compliance and performance. Maintain copies of reports for compliance and audit purposes. Develop and update 340B Program reporting packages detailing volume, financial value, and other reporting metrics as needed. Provide or construct needed reports to meet HRSA requests. Compliance Work with the Creo internal compliance team to understand potential areas of deficiency that the client may have or face, then work with the client to address these potential risks. Lean and understand the big picture requirements for all clients to be successful and meet the responsibilities of the 340B program Experience Demonstrated expertise in HRSA policies and procedures. Understanding of the buy and bill process. Capability to establish wholesale accounts for clients. Develop relationships by directly engaging with contract pharmacies. Familiarity with third-party administrators.
