HR Coordinator Position Available In Orleans, Louisiana

Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator for our client in New Orleans, Louisiana. This position is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Human Resources and a proven ability to manage various HR functions effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage adjustments related to employee time and attendance records.
• Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Conduct thorough investigations into workplace concerns and incidents.
• Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Dayforce to maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle auditing processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Perform background checks and verify candidate credentials during the hiring process.
• Support benefit functions, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
• Facilitate clear and professional communication between employees and management.
• Ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures in all HR activities. Requirements
• Proven experience working in a Human Resources role.
• Proficiency in HR software such as ADP Workforce Now, Dayforce, and Ceridian.
• Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems and attendance adjustments.
• Familiarity with auditing procedures and compliance standards.
• Expertise in conducting background checks and managing recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle benefit functions and employee-related inquiries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
