HR Generalist C-Dive, LLC DBA Champagne Energy & Environmental Solutions 115 Menard Rd, Houma, LA 70363 We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Houma, LA. This position plays a critical role in supporting our workforce and ensuring compliance across all HR functions within a dynamic marine construction and offshore diving environment.
Reports to:
Director, HSEQ, Human Resources, & Training.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to interviews and onboarding of new hires.
Employee Relations:
Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Benefits Administration:
Oversee health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Performance Management:
Assist with the design and execution of performance evaluations and provide support to team leads.
Policy Development:
Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in accordance with labor laws and company standards.
Training & Development:
Organize employee training sessions and professional growth opportunities.
Record Keeping:
Maintain confidential and compliant employee records and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on HR experience with a strong grasp of employment law and HR best practices.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Problem-Solving:
Skilled in resolving workplace issues and supporting employee well-being.
Technical Proficiency:
