In this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR practices, including employee relations and workforce management. Duties Conduct onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution to create a harmonious work environment. Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Complete weekly payroll processing including timesheet maintenance, department transfers and schedule changes to ensure adequate coverage exists for production demands. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in accordance with company policies. Benefit administration and monthly invoice review to ensure proper payments are administered. Unemployment and PFML claims administration. Submission of annual health insurance and Medicare reporting. Lead for annual social/environmental audit. Skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing HR documentation. Computer skills, utilizing Microsoft Office Products and Paychex.
