As a Call CenterRepresentative you will be responsible for answering inquiries in afast paced call center for human resources. 1-3 years of callcenter experience is needed as well as knowledge of human resourcepolicies, processes and HRIS. • Bachelor?s degree and/or minimum 2 years related knowledge of HRpolicies, processes, and HRIS.
• Knowledge of relevant country, federal, state, and local laws andregulations.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, includingfollow-up skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamstructure.
• Excellent problem solving/analytical abilities to independentlyresolve a variety of routine and complex issues.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task withattention to detail.
• Ability to identify, drive, and/orparticipate in implementing process improvement activities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment, wheremultiple priorities need to be effectively managed, whilemaintaining composure and flexibility in a structuredenvironment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with navigation of various online tools andtechnology, and use of MS Word & Excel.

This position has the possibility of going permanent and will starton the temp side at $22 per hour.
