Role:
Are you passionate about supporting healthcare professionals and ensuring smooth HR operations? We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting both clinical and non-clinical staff. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is committed to excellence in patient care through strong HR support.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain accurate employee records in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Support employee health and safety programs. Respond to employee inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality. Coordinate background screening process for all clinical and non-clinical positions. Ensure the processing of personnel paperwork is submitted to the Payroll department on a timely and accurate basis. Sit on Company committees as requested. Contribute to employee engagement and wellness initiatives. Participate in audit reporting of employee confidential paperwork and ensures a smooth presentation to auditors. Accomplish human resources department and organization mission by achieving related results as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Familiarity with healthcare compliance and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. High level of discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations. HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) or healthcare HR certification (CHHR) is a plus.
