This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions and looking to expand their expertise. In this role, you’ll support key areas such as recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and day-to-day HR administration.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with posting jobs, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews Support new hire onboarding and employee training initiatives Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Who You Are:
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Familiarity with ATS software and its functionalities. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships across all levels of the organization. Previous experience in change management or training development is a plus.
