Job Description
HR Coordinator 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars Marlboro, MA 01752 M arlboro – onsite Monday through Friday $25/hour Covering for a maternity leave – could become permanent Duties Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data management. Assist in the recruitment process by utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support employee relations initiatives by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict management strategies. Participate in affirmative action planning and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Conduct employee evaluations and assist in performance management processes. Collaborate with various departments to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance across all HR functions. Skills Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Paylocity, Oracle, UltiPro, or Salesforce is highly desirable. Strong understanding of employee relations principles and conflict management techniques. Experience with affirmative action planning and implementation. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
