As the SeniorAnalyst-Project Management and HR Executive Support, you will deliverproject management and executive administrative support as a criticalmember of the Group Human Resources team. This team supports HRfunctions of 3 business units within CVS Health including Pharmacy andConsumer Wellness (PCW), Health Care Delivery (HCD), and Caremark.

Youwill accomplish this through:

leading and managing aspects of keyprojects to ensure the end state of the project and/or businessoperations help us deliver on key objective(s) and that all deliverablesand due dates are met, and offering executive administrative support tokey members of the Group HR Leadership Team. ? Proactivelymanaging/coordinating daily schedule/calendar, contacts, travelarrangements, meetings (internal and external), conferences, andseminars of various members of the Group HR Leadership team ? Partneringclosely with the Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President ofGroup HR on meeting planning & management, reporting, and leadershipteam engagement activities ? Proactively leading assigned projects bycreating project timelines, identifying key milestones and additionalresources needed to successfully complete the work ? Planning andsupporting complex meetings and events, managing all levels of detailincluding distribution lists, updating invitations, and running reportsto help keep things current ? Acting as a point of contact for urgentbusiness needs and identifies issues for escalations, communicating andensuring that the team is well informed ? Works collaboratively withbusiness partners and key HR stakeholders to support HR Operations andproject work ? Works appropriately with confidential information; alwaysacts with discretion Required Qualifications ? At least 3 years ofoverall relevant experience ? At least 2+ years of Human Resourcesexperience ? At least 2+ years project management experience ? This is ahybrid position that requires 2-3 days per week in the office.

Candidates must live in a commutable distance of Woonsocket, RI.Preferred Qualifications ? Demonstrated expertise in communication andcollaboration ? Experience in Project Management ? Strong experiencewith MS Products (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and WebEx EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
