Job Description

Workforce Analyst 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Concord, MA Position Summary As the Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible to ensure company workforce initiatives are in adherence to policy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in collecting and analyzing workforce data from multiple sources. Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics. Develop staff schedules and analyze staff performance data. Create forecasts to optimize workforce management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workforce planning initiatives. Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve workforce effectiveness. Report data management activities around employee scheduling and forecasts Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of scheduling software Undertake the review and record of time worked against the proper job task code. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Minimum five years’ experience forecasting required, preferably in a healthcare environment, i.e. scheduling, staffing optimization, etc. Ability to create and manipulate data modeling and relational database Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Self-starter/Teamwork abilities:

Workforce analyst must be able to work independently as well as function effectively as a member of a team Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Computer skills:
