This person must have excellent people and leadership skills, ability to multi-task, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The basic duties are managing the hiring process, assisting with new employee onboarding, training, managing employees’ behavioral and performance issues, processing payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with federal/state/local payroll, wage, and hour laws, and best practices. This full-time salaried in-person position is Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM. We also offer 9 paid holidays on the year, paid vacation, health and dental insurance plans. You must have availability and reliable transportation to commute to our main office in Braintree, MA.

What You Bring:
3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to balance empathy and efficiency.
