Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process bi-weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Lead recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and performance management processes
• Provide guidance to management and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR and payroll regulations
• Support training and development initiatives
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals ________________________________________

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar HR and payroll role (3+ years preferred)
• Solid knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR best practices
• Experience with multi-state payroll
• Familiarity with benefits deductions and labor law compliance
• Proficiency with payroll systems (e.g., ADP)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Principals only.
