International Health Services, Inc. is a trusted provider of home health care services. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and bilingual (Russian/English) professional to join our team as an ASAP Service Delivery Manager in our Brighton, MA office.
Job Summary:
The ASAP Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily scheduling, coordinating care, supporting staff, and ensuring service excellence for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain scheduling for Home Health Aides Coordinate client services and nursing visits Communicate with clients, families, and Case Managers Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations Track and ensure accurate payroll reporting and timekeeping
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus Minimum 2 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, or administrative roles preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Proficient with computers and office software Bilingual in Russian is required
