Position Overview:
Provide broad range of coordination, administrative and general office support across the HR organization. Contribute to process improvements and participate on project teams.
In This Role, You Will :
- Provide overall office support including but not limited to calendar management for HR senior leadership, program support for Talent & Development Programs, HR service mailbox management, etc.
- Interact and collaborate with other HR staff in managing day to day work and or key responsibilities.
- Coordinate all requirements for subpoenas with Office of the General Counsel
- Assist with research & scheduling interviews, prepare offer letters as needed for both internal and external candidates.
- Compose and produce a variety of business correspondence, reports, confidential documents, and related materials.
- Run standard reports as needed and manage employee record maintenance in Dayforce
- Collaborate cross functionally providing support.
- Manage and perform support for several HR Programs, including but not limited to New Hire Onboarding.
- Identify and implement operational improvement initiatives supporting greater functional efficiencies and improved service.
- Employee file creation and management both for active and termed employees
- Conduct audits of employee and system records
What You Need To Apply :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1-3 years of Administrative, Customer Service or Human Resource coordinator experience
- Receives direction and guidance from an assigned supervisor
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Outlook Calendar
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Beginner skill with additional Office 365 features
- High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
