We are seeking a dedicated and highlyanized Administrative Support Person to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role will be essential in providing administrative assistance and supporting key projects within thepany. You will work closely with the Quality Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager and manufacturing team.
Assist withanizing, tracking, and managing data for ongoing projects.
Prepare and format documents and reports using MS Word and MS Excel.
maintain accurate records.
Communicate with various departments to gather required data.
Perform other general office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel is required.
Excellentanizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Strongmunication skills, both verbal and written.
Open to working on a temporary project.
Preferred Skills:
Previous administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Knowledge of quality management systems or manufacturing processes is a plus.

Pay Details:
$21.00 to $23.00 per hour
