Full-Time/Permanent Reports to: Senior People Business Partner Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to the Supervisor/Manager level, including job postings, interviews, and offer coordination. Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation experiences for all new hires across the U.S. Learning & Development Assist in identifying learning needs and assigning training programs for employees and managers. Oversee the PPAI certification program (Certified Advertising Specialist), managing partner relationships and tracking progress. Monitor and report training compliance and completions. Employee Relations & Performance Support Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies and programs. Support performance management through guidance on documentation and coaching, escalating complex issues to the Senior People Business Partner. Assist with the initial stages of employee relations matters and determine when escalation is necessary. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain accurate and current employee data in the HRIS system. Assist in administering compensation, benefits, and leave programs. Support annual open enrollment and other key HR initiatives. Employee Engagement & Culture Partner with managers on engagement initiatives and support employee-focused programs and action plans. Coordinate team events, communications, and recognition efforts. Project Management & Administrative Support Provide administrative support for HR projects, including scheduling, documentation, and preparation of materials. Act as a strategic support partner to the Senior HR Business Partner on foundational initiatives that impact the entire organization.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
3+ years of HR generalist or HR coordination experience. Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee lifecycle management is preferred. Industry certification (CAS) must be attained within a set timeframe.
