If you’re a collaborative, detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys being a go-to resource for employees and managers, this could be the role for you. As an HR Generalist, you’ll provide day-to-day support across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training coordination, and performance management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and consistently, while contributing to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles up to the Supervisor/Manager level Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new U.S. hires Track and assign learning opportunities and maintain training compliance Serve as the point person for our PPAI certification program Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and programs Support employee performance management and document coaching conversations Assist with employee relations by gathering information and escalating when needed Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system Support employee engagement initiatives and action plans Provide administrative support for benefits, open enrollment, and special projects Partner with the Senior People Business Partner on foundational and strategic HR work

What You’ll Bring:

2-3 years of HR experience in a generalist or coordinator capacity A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience A strong understanding of HR principles and processes Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Experience with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite A high level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills A team-focused mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
