Bar Harbor, ME Contract HR Generalist Location:

Onsite 5 days/week in Bar Harbor, Maine A research institution in Bar Harbor, ME, is looking to hire a collaborative HR Generalist to join their team. This is a long-term contract assignment with potential to convert to direct hire with strong performance.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers who have questions about HR policies and procedures (including benefits, compensation, leaves, HRIS, training, etc.) Respond to employee relations concerns, escalating to HR Business Partners as needed on complex issues Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for employees Collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders to deliver top tier HR support to the organization

Qualifications:
