Human Resources Consultant at MaineHealth in Biddeford, Maine, United States Job Description Description
Work can be in the Portland/ Biddeford locations!
The Human Resources Consultant role provides expertise on a broad and comprehensive range of human resources activities and will lead/partner on work supporting (but not limited to) organizational development, engagement or DEI activities, team development, operational enhancements, and project management. The Consultant executes and implements organization change initiatives, working closely with the Centers of Expertise and the business. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required.

License/Certifications:

SHRM Certified Professional SHRM-CP or SHRM Senior Certified Professional

SHRM-SCP

preferred.

Experience:

Three years of experience in Human Resources or related field required.

Additional Skills/Requirements Required:

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, organization, conflict management, project management and computer skills.

Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred:

Excellent critical thinking, analytical and consultation skills, ability to diagnose problems and resolve while considering the department/entity supporting and how solutions implemented could successfully impact care team members, culture and system holistically.
