Plans, coordinates and conducts training programs. Supports the delivery of human resources services through a wide variety of responsibilities ranging from general clerical duties to complex administrative coordination. No supervisory or budgetary responsibilities. Coordinates and markets mandatory training programs as required by Federal Laws, State Statutes, City Council, City Manager or Human Resources.
