Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Saint Charles, Missouri. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various human resources functions, including benefits coordination, compliance, and employee relations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a government-focused organization while leveraging your expertise in HR systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and process employee benefit changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Review, organize, and maintain HR-related documentation, including employee records and compliance paperwork.
  • Manage and oversee filing systems, ensuring all data is stored securely and efficiently.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR documents, such as contracts and policy updates.
  • Support employee relations efforts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
  • Utilize HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce to manage payroll, benefits, and employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational standards, including FMLA requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes and streamline workflows.
  • Provide clear and effective communication to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Requirements
  • Proficiency in HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, and ATS tools.
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with FMLA requirements and other labor laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
  • Experience with organizing and maintaining HR documentation and filing systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a government or public sector organization is a plus.
