Remote considered for the right candidateJob SummaryResponsible for evaluating implementing and maintaining the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to include the role of System Administrator for all HR systems. Plays a key role as system lead for maintenance, reporting, auditing and analysis of data.
Essential FunctionsProvide production support for HRIS within various areas including, but not limited to; HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits and RecruitingManage system updates: Responsible for system upgrades and modifications including identifying requirements, configuration, testing and implementationDesign, develop, evaluate, and maintain company HRIS and user securityNegotiate technical and non-technical solutions that both satisfy the business user and confirm to technical architectureProvide Root cause analysis, problem solving and decision making to resolve systems issuesProject manager for all system implementationsTranslate end user business needs to design, configuration, documentation, and test software application solutionsPartner with managers to optimize functionality of HRIS, User training and supportWork as a liaison with Information Technology staffEnsure processing documentation is accurate and complete and adheres to Governance and auditing needsInterpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reportsDevelop and support customized reports and data extractsProvide HR team with report writing guidanceMonthly and quarterly headcount reporting analysis for ZOLL GlobalCommunicate weekly employment activity updates for ZOLL GlobalDesign, configure, and maintain dashboards, alerts, and scheduled reportsTest and validate reporting solutions for completeness and accuracyEducate end users on reporting capabilities and continuously seeks reporting enhancements to support evolving company requirementsMaintain 401(k) Plan Sponsor Website data, process funding of contributions and correct errors according to federal lawMaintain awareness of current trends and best practicesRequired/Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field required5+ years’ experience in systems/data analysis, Workday required andExperience with data file transfers and imports required andProject management experience preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProvides Root cause analysis, problem solving and decision making to resolve systems issues.
Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support.
Microsoft Office:
proficiency in Excel required, Access preferredDetail-orientedWell-organized and able to multi-taskStrong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written)/ documentation skills in all levels of the company, globally.
