Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for new hire benefit orientation program; Administers and oversees employee leaves of absence including FMLA, Personal Leave of Absence, Bereavement, and Military Leave of Absence; Maintains compliance with state, federal, and local laws and company policies and procedures, pertaining to the benefits administration, ADA and FMLA laws; Responsible for all aspects of record keeping, auditing and compliance associated with benefit plans; Reconciliation of monthly bills from benefit vendors; Responsible for timely compliance of court ordered documents; Generates specialized weekly/monthly reports according to the needs of departments and management; Organizes and coordinates with benefit providers to complete monthly new hire benefit enrollment and Annual Open Enrollment; Assists in planning and assisting at employee events as needed; Back up for Human Resources Assistant; Other reasonable duties as assigned. Experience Required 2 – 3 years: Benefits Education Required High School or better Preferred Associates or better in Business Administration or related field Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field
