Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staffing Coordinator to manage staffing operations for a busy manufacturing plant. This role involves overseeing employee placement, maintaining accurate payroll records, and coordinating with multiple staffing agencies to ensure smooth workforce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll & Data Management:
Enter and verify payroll data for 6-7 staffing agencies weekly using SAP and Excel.
Monitor and audit time clock records daily to ensure accuracy.
Staffing Coordination:
Assign employees to specific departments based on skills, availability, and plant needs.
Maintain regular communication with all staffing agencies to resolve issues and ensure staffing requirements are met.
Employee Onboarding & Compliance:
Conduct orientations and ensure all required documentation is properly stored and maintained.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during onboarding and throughout employment.
Training Support:
Assist with training processes and maintain knowledge of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support employee development by tracking and updating training records.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in SAP and Excel with experience in payroll and data entry.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple agencies effectively.
Ability to assess employee skills and match them to appropriate roles.
Experience conducting orientations and maintaining accurate documentation.
