Madison is a 60 bed skilled nursing facility located in Madison, MS. Applicants should be well-versed in scheduling and staff management. We staff approximately 80 employees (8 hour CNA shifts, 12 & 8 hour LPN shifts), but this position will only be responsible for staffing direct care workers (no housekeeping, laundry, dietary or therapy). This is a fast-paced job, and you will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and onboarding staff in addition to proper filing of their personnel files with the business office. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to: Oversee and create the monthly schedules for CNA’s, LPNs, and RN’s. Ensure each day consists of adequate staffing. Conduct in-services, education, and rounds on CNAs. Perform new hire procedures and interviews. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Assist on the floor as needed. Assist on the cart as needed.
