Amplify:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Total Rewards HR Generalist to join our team. The Total Rewards HR Generalist is responsible for assisting in creating and administering health & wellness initiatives, leave administration, as well as compensation and benefits related items for Amplify Cell Technologies’ long-term growth and success. This role plays a key part in ensuring Amplify attracts, retains, and motivates employees through competitive and equitable total rewards offerings. The Total Rewards HR Generalist will work closely with other HR teams, management, and employees to design, implement, and assess effective total rewards strategies combining functions such as Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Relocation and Leave Administration to support organizational goals and drive workforce effectiveness. This role is critical in shaping Amplify’s total rewards strategy, ensuring employees are positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development, implementation and management of compensation programs, ensuring competitive compensation packages. Assist in managing and administering benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and other employee perks. Act as a liaison between employees and providers, ensuring employees understand their benefit options. Assist with annual benefits open enrollment. Assist in the design and administration of employee recognition and rewards programs. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of total rewards offerings through metrics, evaluations, and feedback for continuous improvement. Educate employees by developing and distributing communication materials on Amplify’s total rewards package, including compensation, benefits, perks and recognition initiatives and programs. Ability to implement health and wellness initiatives and programs. Assist in the administration of various types of employee leave, including, but not limited to sick leave, FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, bereavement, jury duty, military and/or personal leave. Process and track employee leave requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leaders of others regarding leave inquiries including eligibility, documentation and status updates. Coordinating, scheduling and planning cross-collaborative meetings, trainings and events, maintaining documentation to support organizational needs. Perform additional duties as assigned, including assistance with immigration and relocation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR Certification (eg:

SHRM-CP, PHR

) is a plus. 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on Total Rewards, Benefits, Compensation or other similar areas of responsibility. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data to make strategic recommendations and decisions. Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior knowledge and experience with HRIS systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
