We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Staff Development Coordinator to join our team. The staff development coordinator will be responsible for staffing the facility, scheduling interviews, fingerprinting and participating in orientation of new employees . The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, organization skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars and schedules for the team, including coordinating meetings and appointments Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Orientation Staffing File and maintain schedules Assist with event planning and coordination schedules Perform light office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining equipment Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an staffing coordinator or in a similar role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and email Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
