Job Description
Staffing Coordinator- PRTF 2.4 2.4 out of 5 stars Magee, MS 39111 Oversee unit staffing schedules for direct care staff. Inform the PRTF Staffing Coordinator on PRN staffing needs. Maintain communication with direct care on schedule changes. Ensure that all doctor’s appointments and off-site medical visits are covered with staff, vehicles, and petty cash when needed. Will accept all 1st and 2nd shift direct care call-ins and ensure coverage. Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age, culture, and population being served. Follows all safety policies and adheres to all worker’s compensation program guidelines. Other duties as assigned. Walking; reaching; bending; pushing; pulling; lifting heavy loads (i.e., at least 50 pounds).
